Apollo 8 (21-27 Aralık 1968), alçak Dünya yörüngesinden ayrılan ve Ay'a ulaşan ilk mürettebatlı uzay uçuşuydu.
Mürettebat, Ay'a inmeden etrafında on kez döndü ve ardından güvenli bir şekilde Dünya'ya geri döndü. Bu üç astronot, Ay'ın uzak tarafına ve Dünya'nın doğuşuna şahsen tanık olan ve fotoğraflayan ilk insanlardı.
Apollo 8, 21 Aralık 1968'de fırlatıldı ve Apollo 7'den sonra Apollo Projesi'nin ikinci mürettebatlı uzay uçuşu görevi oldu.
